To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all, we kindly invite you to observe the following guidelines.
Please note that the balcony and yard are exclusively reserved for guests of the Aethria Villa (suite and cave).
We sincerely thank you for your attention and wish you a pleasant stay while enjoying the breathtaking panoramic views.

KINDLY NOTE:
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times
• Quiet hours apply — please respect the comfort of other guests
• This area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests

FOR YOUR SAFETY, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM:
• Approaching, sitting on, or leaning over the edge of the terrace
• Running within the balcony
• Climbing on railings, furniture, or any structures
• Engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior
• Placing objects near the edge of the balcony

SAFETY NOTICE:
• Floor surfaces may be slippery when wet
• Strong winds may occur — please exercise extra caution
• Umbrellas must remain closed during windy conditions or when safety signage is in place
• Use of the balcony area and yard is at your own discretion and responsibility
• Management accepts no liability for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the facilities

OTHER NOTICE:
• CCTV is in operation for safety and security purposes​
• Lighting is automatically dimmed and switched off during late night hours at the yard.
• The Wi-Fi password is the same throughout the property
